Listings

Basic listings contain only business information that hosts publish themselves, such as the name of the accommodation, its area, type and public contact details. We do not publish street addresses on basic listings. Hosts can ask us to correct or remove their listing at any time by email or with the form on the For hosts page.

Forms

When you send a form on this website, we receive the details you enter (for example your name, email address and message) by email through our form provider Web3Forms. We use them only to answer your request and keep them no longer than needed.

Host accounts

Hosts can sign in with the email address on their listing. We send a one-time code by email (through our email provider Resend) and store a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in for 30 days. We store the details and photos you add to your listing, and they are shown publicly once checked. You can remove your listing at any time.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use advertising cookies. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie for hosts. We count how often each listing is viewed and how often its contact buttons are clicked, without storing who you are, so hosts can see how many guests find them. For overall visitor numbers we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track you across websites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected].
